One of the most overused words in business today may be QUALITY. Quality is subjective, and we prefer to define quality so that it is meaningful to us and to our customers.

Delta Metals believes:

• Our finished products will be reliable.

• We will minimize errors and waste.

• We stand behind our products.

• We continually improve our methods.

• We are committed to our relationships with our customers and suppliers.

The quality of our work and our willingness to stand behind our work are the main reasons for our longevity. If we cannot build it right, we will not build it.

Safety

There is no job or schedule that is so important that it is worth the risk of an injury or endangering a life.

In everything we do, safety comes first. Being safe is not a procedure or a protective garment: Being safe is a mindset. Without affecting behavior with a proper mindset, no one can prevent injuries.

Delta Metals provides or requires proper equipment to be worn or used at all times. We teach safe procedures, and we do things the right way. Most importantly, we constantly strive to ensure safety is paramount in everything we do.

This approach has been successful, as our accident ratings are well below industry standards. But we never stop learning and improving. Safety is our business!

Our safety and training plans have been certified by ISN, allowing us to work in multiple manufacturing facilities.

Having already been certified by ISN and by having TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) issued to a large number of employees, we can react quickly to new customers’ needs.
